MFT offers accelerated flight training programs which are managed and executed by our flight administration department in conjunction with your primary instructor. 

For accelerated programs the checkride is prepaid and booked in advance with a non-refundable prepayment required in the training contract.

Accelerated Private Pilot (PPL)

MFT’s 30-day accelerated private pilot course is an intensive training program designed to provide aspiring pilots with the necessary knowledge and skills to obtain their private pilot license in a shorter time frame than traditional training methods. This course is designed for individuals who are highly motivated and committed to dedicating a significant amount of time and effort to their pilot training.

Prerequisites: Any Class Medical or Basic Med.

Accelerated Instrument Rating (IFR)

MFT’s 30-day accelerated instrument rating course is an intensive training program designed to help pilots obtain their instrument rating in a condensed timeframe. The instrument rating allows pilots to fly under instrument flight rules (IFR), enabling them to navigate and operate an aircraft safely in low visibility and adverse weather conditions.

Syllabus: King Cessna Instrument Pilot Training Course (141)

FAA 141 is used to remove the 50 hours of cross country time building requirement.

Prerequisites: Any Class Medical or Basic Med, Private Pilot Certificate.

Accelerated Commercial Multi-Engine Add-On (CMEL-AO)

Our Flat Rate Commercial Multi-Engine (CMEL) Add-On course includes five lessons of accelerated multi-engine flight instruction from our professional multi-engine instructors so you can become a certified multi-engine pilot. These lessons will incorporate multi-engine flight procedures, systems, cockpit management, and even Multi-Engine IFR procedures.

Our CMEL Add-On (with Instrument) course is in an accelerated format focused on making you an FAA certified Multi-Engine Pilot as quickly as possible. We provide you with study material prior to your first lesson so you will be well versed on the ground knowledge and can focus on Flying. We offer these courses in our Tecnam P2006T.

Prerequisites: Any Class Medical or Basic Med, Commercial Single Engine Land Pilot Certificate, Instrument Rating.

Accelerated Commercial Single-Engine Add-On (CSEL-AO)

An accelerated commercial single engine add-on course is a specialized training program designed for pilots who already hold a commercial multi-engine certificate (CMEL) and wish to obtain a commercial single engine rating. This course is focused on enhancing the skills and knowledge necessary for operating single-engine aircraft in a commercial capacity.

Prerequisites: Any Class Medical or Basic Med, Commercial Multi Engine Land Pilot Certificate, Instrument Rating.

Accelerated Flight Instructor – Airplane (CFI-A)

MFT’s accelerated flight instructor course is an intensive training program designed to prepare aspiring pilots to become certified flight instructors (CFIs) in a condensed timeframe. It is specifically tailored for individuals who have already obtained their commercial pilot license or have a significant amount of flight experience. The course typically focuses on building and enhancing the instructional skills necessary to effectively teach and train student pilots. It covers a wide range of topics, including theoretical knowledge, practical flight training techniques, and instructional methodologies.

Prerequisites: Any Class Medical or Basic Med, Commercial Multi Engine Land Pilot Certificate

We are pleased to offer a large fleet of 34 aircraft for our Space Coast pilot students. We use the safe and reliable Garmin-equipped Cessna 172 single-engine aircraft for most programs and courses.
Our Cirrus Training Center is on-site and consists of brand-new Cirrus aircraft as well as the TouchTrainer FM100 BATD, which is equipped with Cirrus cockpit panels.

Accelerated Flight Instructor - Instrument (CFII)

Accelerated flight instructor instrument (CFII) add-on to an initial CFI-A certificate.

Syllabus: MFT CFII Accelerated (61)

Prerequisites: Any Class Medical or Basic Med, Commercial Single Engine Land Pilot certificate, Instrument Rating, Certified Flight Instructor – Airplane certificate.

Accelerated Flight Instructor Multi-Engine (MEI)

Accelerated flight instructor multi-engine class rating (MEI) add-on to an initial CFI-A certificate.

Syllabus: MFT Multi Engine Instructor Add-On Accelerated Course (61)

Prerequisites: Any Class Medical or Basic Med, Commercial Single Engine Land Pilot certificate, Instrument Rating, Certified Flight Instructor – Airplane certificate.

The FAA Instrument Rating (IFR) course is a 42-flight hour course with 10 hours of BATD simulator to prepare the student for instrument flight.
