Our FAA Instrument Rating (IFR) course is a 42-flight hour course with 10 hours of BATD simulator to prepare the student for instrument flight. The course includes:
- 40 Hours Flight Training in a Cessna 172
- 10 Hours Flight Simulator (FM100 BATD)
- 30 Pre-Flight Briefings
- King Online Instrument Rating Course
- Knowledge Test Fee
- 2 Hours 172 Rental for Practical Test & Designated Pilot Examiner Fee
All training is performed one-on-one with your FAA authorized instructor in our fleet of Garmin Equipped Cessna 172 aircraft and FlyThisSim FM100 TOuch Trainer Garmin Equipped Aviation Training Device.
Total Cost: $14,464.00*
*50 flight hours of Cross Country PIC flight time required prior to checkride. Home study courses decrease training costs. Self-study is required. The average student typically requires additional hours above the FAA minimums. Additional hours are billed at the posted hourly rate. Additional costs may be incurred including training supplies, charts, and re-test fees.
Cirrus SR20-G2 Instrument Rating (IFR)
