Our FAA Private Pilot (PPL) course is a 42-flight hour course to take you from your first flight in an airplane to a fully certified FAA Private Pilot.
The course includes:
- 30.3 Hours Flight Training in a Cessna 172
- 10 Hours Solo Flight in a Cessna 172
- 20 Pre/Post Flight Briefings
- King Schools Online Private Pilot Ground School (Good for LIFE!)
- Knowledge Test Fee
- 2 Hour 172 Rental for Practical Test & Designated Pilot Examiner Fee
All training is performed one-on-one with your FAA authorized instructor in our fleet of Garmin Equipped Cessna 172 aircraft.
Melbourne Flight Training has the ability to complete your FAA Private Pilot Certificate in as little as 6 weeks from start to finish. We assist the student to get on the schedule to fly 5 days per week in our fleet of Cessna aircraft. With our processes and procedures, large training fleet, excellent flight instructor cadre, and our FAA Pilot Examiner availability, Melbourne Flight Training allows you to get your pilot certificate FAST!
